Please note the time and day of your talk. The schedule is tight and the Scientific Organizing Committee (SOC) would appreciate if all speakers would stick to their time limits.

Invited speakers will have a total of 30 min. The SOC suggests 20-25 minutes of talk with the remaining time for discussion. Each of the invited contributions and regular contributions  have 15 min. The SOC suggests 10-12 min of talk followed by 3-5 min. discussion. Two overhead projectors, a slide projector  and a PC/laptop screen projector  will be available for presentations.

All posters should be posted on the first day and will remain up throughout the conference. There will be at least two hours each day for poster-viewing. The poster papers are numbered; please put them in your assigned order. The space available for each poster is 4 feet x 4 feet. Please remember to take down your posters by Thursday afternoon.

Please make your travel and lodging arrangements if you have not done so already. Those who have requested travel support have already been informed of the decision. If any one needs a letter of invitation for visa or other travel purposes, please let us know immediately.

Continental breakfast is available at the Quality Inn as well as at the conference site. Every morning posters will be available for viewing along with continental breakfast (8-9 am), before the start of the sessions.

Lunch will be served in the Caldwell Hall, across from the Physics Building. The banquet on Wednesday will also be in the Caldwell Hall.

Participants may bring guests to the banquet at a cost of $ 50 per guest. Please contact Gail (hershey@cua.edu) to inform her about the number of guests you would be bringing to the banquet.

There is a metro train station (College Park) a few blocks from the Quality Inn. There is also a metro station at the Catholic University (CUA/Brookland). The travel time is about 30 min.

Driving instructions from Ronald Reagan National , Washington-Dulles and Baltimore-Washington International  airports to the Quality Inn can be found on the conference Web page. Driving directions from  the Catholic University to the Quality inn are also provided. There is plenty of parking in front of the Physics building at no cost.
